Senior Creative Team Leader – Arabic Speaker

About the role

The Senior Creative Team Leader – Arabic Speaker will be based on‑site in Abu Dhabi, overseeing a multidisciplinary creative team. This full‑time position is responsible for shaping concepts and campaigns across social media, digital marketing, branding and visual content, ensuring they meet client objectives and agency standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor designers, copywriters, photographers and videographers from brief to delivery.
• Manage project timelines, coordinate with account managers and clients, and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Review, refine and approve creative outputs to maintain high quality and brand consistency.
• Participate in client meetings, present ideas and stay updated on Arabic and English market trends.

Required profile

• Strong creative direction skills with experience in concept development and storytelling.
• Proven team leadership ability to motivate and develop creative talent.
• Solid project management experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
