Senior CRM Marketing Specialist

About the role

Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is hiring a Senior Specialist for its regional Performance Marketing team. You will work closely with the CRM team to own and implement CRM campaigns on a country level, with a flexible, performance-driven approach and an experimentation mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Ideate CRM campaigns around the customer lifecycle to meet business needs
• Coordinate with the Campaign Ops team on launching CRM campaigns that address local market challenges such as churn increase and frequency drop
• Forecast, align and monitor campaign spend, ensuring adherence to monthly, quarterly and annual CRM budgets
• Monitor lifecycle campaign performance and suggest optimizations based on best practices and learnings from other markets
• Give local marketing teams visibility into performance and cost evolution
• Formulate data-backed hypotheses to improve ROI from existing flows

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent, with a strong data focus
• Minimum 2 years of proven relevant work experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic fluency is a plus
• Data-driven, comfortable working with data and reporting campaign performance
• Good time management, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
