Senior Customer Success Manager (MEA)

About the role

Dragos, a global leader in xOT cybersecurity protecting critical infrastructure such as water, energy and hospital systems, is hiring a Customer Success Manager for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. As the CSM for MEA, you will act as a trusted advisor to industrial clients, helping them adopt and get value from Dragos solutions while serving as the bridge between the company and its customers.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for customers in the MEA region.
• Drive onboarding, implementation and adoption of Dragos solutions.
• Help customers define success criteria and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Run regular business reviews to assess value realization and spot expansion opportunities.
• Relay customer feedback to Product, Engineering and Sales teams.
• Manage renewals and support retention efforts.
• Work with Sales, Professional Services and Support for a seamless customer experience.
• Travel up to 30% across the region to build relationships.
• Monitor customer health metrics, escalate issues and run at-risk account recovery plans.

Required profile

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or similar roles in cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS or industrial sectors.
• Experience with MEA clients and understanding of regional business practices.
• Ability to manage complex accounts and influence key stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently across time zones in a remote-first setting.
• Multilingual candidates speaking Arabic, English and French are highly preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS), OT security or critical infrastructure environments is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
