Senior Data Administrator

About the role

The Senior Data Administrator will lead the management, analysis and assurance of regulatory compliance datasets and institutional performance reporting for the Dubai campus. Working autonomously, the role supports data‑driven decision‑making to enhance student experience, retention and progression.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, validate, reconcile and assure data submissions to MoHESR, KHDA and other regulators.
• Produce and quality‑check retention and progression datasets, identifying anomalies and trends.
• Maintain data definitions, processes and documentation to ensure audit readiness.
• Collaborate with academic and professional services teams, providing expert guidance on complex data requests.
• Contribute to process‑improvement projects that strengthen data governance and reporting efficiency.

Required profile

• First degree with strong numerical/analytical content.
• At least two years of experience in a management information role, preferably in higher education.
• Excellent written and oral communication, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
• Strong analytical problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• PowerBI or similar BI and visual analytics platform.
• Experience with Banner and related reporting tools.
• Data visualisation and dashboard creation.
