Senior Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The client, a UK‑based group of regulated financial services and legal businesses expanding in Dubai, is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to own the end‑to‑end marketing function across three brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the full marketing strategy, leading a multidisciplinary team.
• Drive brand development, creative output and long‑term brand equity.
• Lead organic growth initiatives including SEO, content, social, PR and video/UGC.
• Manage paid search (Google Ads) and paid social campaigns, setting budgets and CPA/ROI targets.
• Oversee website, landing pages and conversion‑rate optimisation across all brands.
• Produce reporting dashboards for the CMO and senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with FCA, SRA and IPA regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 6+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in senior management.
• Hands‑on expertise in Google Ads search.
• Proven track record growing SEO, content and social channels.
• Experience building brand equity alongside performance marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to hire and lead a multi‑disciplinary marketing team.
• Strong commercial instinct focused on revenue, CPA and ROI.
• Background in a regulated or compliance‑aware environment; UK financial services, legal claims, insolvency or consumer finance experience is a plus.
