Senior Director, Organizational Development & HR Strategy (UAEN)

About the role

A leading organization is looking for a Senior Director of Organizational Development and HR Strategy (UAEN) to lead enterprise-wide HR transformation and strategic people initiatives in Dubai. The role shapes organizational effectiveness through HR strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, total rewards, governance and excellence frameworks, working closely with executive leadership. Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with organizational goals and excellence frameworks
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning and transformation initiatives
• Establish HR governance, policies and frameworks aligned with regulations and global standards
• Drive compensation, benefits, job evaluation and rewards strategies
• Develop HR analytics, dashboards and insights to support strategic decisions
• Lead HR excellence, benchmarking and continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide strategic advisory support to senior leadership on workforce and organizational priorities

Required profile

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or a related discipline
• 10-15 years of HR experience, including significant senior leadership exposure
• SHRM-SCP, CIPD Level 7 or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of labour regulations and international HR practices
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills in Arabic and English
