Senior Due Diligence Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Due Diligence Consultant to join our advisory team in Dubai. The role focuses on financial due diligence for acquisitions, disposals, investments and other corporate transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute financial due diligence engagements from planning through to completion.
• Analyse historical financial performance, revenue, profitability, cash flows and working capital.
• Perform quality of earnings, net debt and normalised working capital analysis.
• Identify financial, accounting, tax and commercial risks that may affect transaction value.
• Review management forecasts and assess the reasonableness of key assumptions.
• Prepare detailed financial analysis, schedules and due diligence reports.
• Present key findings and transaction issues to clients, senior stakeholders and management.
• Manage junior team members and review their work.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial due diligence or transaction advisory.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, CPA or equivalent (qualified or partly qualified) preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work under transaction‑driven deadlines.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of financial statements and IFRS.
• Experience with quality of earnings, working capital and net debt analysis.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
