Senior Engineer – Site Reliability

About the role

AIQ is seeking a Senior Engineer – Site Reliability to enhance the reliability and performance of its AI-driven platforms supporting the energy sector. You will lead reliability projects, improve observability, and respond to complex production incidents in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems, proactively fixing performance bottlenecks.
• Drive SLO/SLI adoption, lead root‑cause analysis, and build preventive solutions.
• Contribute to infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment of application updates with minimal disruption.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with project managers and solution architects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years experience in SRE/DevOps/Platform Engineering, including managing Kubernetes clusters.
• Strong background in Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting production issues.

• Python, Bash scripting.
• CI/CD tools, Ansible, Terraform.
• Cloud platforms: Huawei Cloud, Azure.
• Databases and messaging: PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Clickhouse, Redis, Memcached, RabbitMQ, Kafka.
• Security protocols: OAuth 2.0, OpenID‑Connect, SAML 2.0, Kerberos, LDAP.
