About the role
The Senior Executive – Accounts and Finance is responsible for handling all store‑related accounting activities, including cash entries, sales reconciliation, petty cash verification, fixed assets, and event sales.
Key responsibilities
- Timely and accurate entry of store cash, DSS and petty cash transactions.
- Perform sales reconciliation checks and verify entries on schedule.
- Validate store staff incentives and manage store credit‑card entries and reconciliations.
- Review and provision other admin expenses such as water, electricity, telephone and petty cash for MIS purposes.
- Book monthly provisions and ensure reversal of month‑end entries on time.
