About the role
The Senior Executive – Accounts and Finance is responsible for handling all store‑related accounting entries, including cash, sales reconciliation, petty cash, fixed assets, and event sales. The role ensures timely and accurate posting of transactions and supports the store’s financial reporting needs.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and reconcile store cash, DSS, and petty cash entries.
- Perform sales reconciliation checks and verify incentives for store staff.
- Manage store credit‑card entries and reconciliation.
- Review and provision other admin expenses such as water, electricity, telephone, and petty cash for MIS purposes.
- Book monthly provisions and reverse month‑end entries on time.
