Senior Executive Human Resources

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Senior HR Executive to join our growing HR team. The role focuses on employee relations, HR systems management (SAP SuccessFactors), audit compliance, and operational support for a workforce of over 800 employees.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances and HR‑related matters.
• Support managers with disciplinary actions, performance management and employee engagement.
• Maintain and update employee records, workflows and modules in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Generate HR reports, dashboards and ensure data accuracy for audits.
• Coordinate with payroll to guarantee accurate monthly submissions and track attendance, overtime and leave.
• Manage employee files, visa documentation, medical records and ensure compliance with UAE labour law.
• Handle high‑volume daily HR service requests, onboarding, contract renewals, internal transfers and off‑boarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience in a mid‑to‑large organisation (800+ employees preferred).
• Mandatory experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of UAE labour law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in employee relations and audit compliance.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
