About the role
Jumeirah Beach Hotel is seeking a Senior Executive to lead its Sports & Leisure portfolio. This role is responsible for delivering outstanding sports and recreational experiences that align with the brand’s luxury standards and enhance guest wellbeing.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of sports, fitness and recreational programmes, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Design, coordinate and promote activities, events, tournaments and wellness programmes to boost guest satisfaction.
- Maintain strong guest relationships, handling enquiries, feedback and special requests.
- Monitor facility standards, equipment maintenance and health‑and‑safety compliance, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare operational reports, track participation and revenue, and identify improvement opportunities.
Required profile
- Minimum of 24 months’ experience in sports, leisure or hospitality management.
- Proven ability to manage teams, budgets and guest‑focused programmes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑service orientation.
