Senior Façade Designer – Aluminium Systems

About the role

White Aluminium Enterprises LLC – Fabrication Division is seeking a Senior Façade Designer to join its design team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves leading the design, development, and coordination of aluminium façade systems for a variety of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, system designs, material specifications and BOQs for curtain walls, cladding, doors, windows and skylights.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and production teams to ensure solutions meet project requirements, industry standards and timelines.
• Support project implementation through site and factory inspections, quality audits and report preparation.
• Perform structural and thermal design calculations using relevant codes and standards.
• Resolve design and site‑related technical issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in façade design, with strong expertise in aluminium systems, curtain walls and glazing.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities, attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
