Senior Facilities Management Executive

About the role

The Senior Facilities Management Executive will lead the delivery, supervision and coordination of both soft and hard facilities management services for Al Ghurair Giga. The role ensures operational excellence, statutory compliance, safety, service quality and high client satisfaction across a portfolio of commercial and residential assets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, BMS, fire‑life safety and other building systems.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring planned schedules are met.
• Coordinate specialist contractors, service providers and outsourced teams.
• Review equipment performance, breakdowns, maintenance records and technical reports.
• Maintain statutory inspections, certifications and compliance requirements.
• Oversee CAFM/work‑order systems, ensuring timely job closure.
• Manage cleaning, housekeeping, waste, pest control, landscaping, security and other support services.
• Control manpower deployment, attendance, grooming and service standards.
• Conduct regular inspections, enforce SLA/KPI standards and address complaints.
• Lead supervisors, technicians and outsourced staff, preparing rosters and conducting performance reviews.
• Ensure HSE compliance, PPE use and safe working practices.
• Coordinate emergency response, incident reporting and business‑continuity activities.
• Act as the primary operational contact for clients and end‑users.
• Verify service reports, quotations, invoices and work completion documentation.
• Support budgeting, cost control and procurement activities.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related field.
• 5–8 years of FM experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, retail or large‑scale facilities.
• Proven experience managing both hard and soft FM services.
• Strong knowledge of CAFM systems, MS Office and HSE requirements.
• Ability to manage SLA/KPI performance and lead multidisciplinary teams.
