Senior Finance Analyst (1-year contract)

About the role

The Senior Finance Analyst will support and advise company management on all financial matters, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance and effective control of assets and cash flow.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial support and advice to management, including budgeting, management accounting and MIS reporting.
• Consolidate annual accounts, coordinate audits and ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
• Maintain asset, inventory and purchase controls, including L/C approval, insurance and credit limit monitoring.
• Oversee tax compliance, filing returns and ensure proper insurance coverage for company assets.
• Monitor cash flow, bank facilities and foreign exchange requirements, projecting shortfalls and advising senior authorities.
• Review monthly and annual closing activities and produce timely management reports.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4‑5 years post‑qualification experience.
• Experience in international accounting practice within a computerized environment.
• Strong analytical, numerical and research abilities, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP solutions.
• Good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
