Senior Finance Analyst

About the role

M42 Health is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support financial planning, management reporting, and business performance analysis across its multi‑entity healthcare operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare executive management reports, dashboards, performance packs and variance analysis.
• Consolidate balance‑sheet and cash‑flow data across entities and support month‑end close.
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated financial reports.
• Integrate data from ERP, Excel and other systems into reliable datasets.
• Use AI and automation tools to improve forecasting, reporting and analysis.
• Partner with finance teams, budget owners and business stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting and cost allocations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis or business finance.
• Fully qualified ACCA, CIMA or CMA.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Finance or Business and experience in healthcare or multi‑entity groups.

Required skills

• Hands‑on Power BI reporting and dashboard development.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with Oracle EBM, consolidation or planning systems.
