Senior Finance Analyst

About the role

The Direktör is a full‑time, on‑site leadership position responsible for directing the daily operations and strategic direction of a diagnostic centre. The role combines clinical oversight, administrative management and business development to ensure high‑quality patient care and efficient service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee clinical and administrative departments, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Develop and implement operational policies, manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Coordinate diagnostic services, optimise processes and drive continuous improvement in patient experience.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, support staff performance and foster communication among medical and administrative personnel.
• Represent the organisation in local networks and support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in healthcare, diagnostics or hospital administration.
• Strong operational management skills, including planning, budgeting and process optimisation.
• Solid understanding of clinical workflows, diagnostic services and quality‑safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with physicians, staff and external stakeholders.
• Relevant academic background such as a degree in Healthcare Management, Medicine or Business Administration.
