Senior Finance Manager

About the role

Luna PR is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead its finance function in Dubai. The role will oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, cash flow management and day‑to‑day finance operations while providing strategic insights to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, manage periodic forecasts and produce monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, banking relationships and FX exposure.
• Ensure compliance with UAE corporate tax, VAT and other regulatory requirements.
• Manage day‑to‑day finance operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, invoicing and collections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in finance management, financial controlling or similar senior finance roles, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling and risk management capabilities.
• Proven ability to work independently, take ownership and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Quickbooks.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Google Sheets and other financial/accounting systems.
