Senior Graphic Designer – CRM & Customer Communications

About the role

Big Ticket LLC is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer specialized in CRM and customer communications. Reporting to the Brand Manager and working closely with the CRM Manager, you will shape the visual experience of email, WhatsApp and other direct‑to‑customer channels, ensuring every touchpoint is on‑brand, engaging and performance‑driven.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative development and execution of all CRM communications across Email, WhatsApp and related channels.
• Translate campaign briefs into high‑quality, consistent designs that align with brand guidelines and commercial goals.
• Own the end‑to‑end design process from concept through final delivery, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
• Partner with the CRM Manager and broader Marketing team to deliver customer‑centric communications.
• Develop and maintain scalable design templates, components and best practices.
• Optimize creative based on performance data, customer insights and A/B testing results.
• Stay current with CRM design trends, digital best practices and emerging creative tools.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while upholding brand standards and deadlines.
• Provide occasional support for broader digital content, campaign collateral and UX/UI needs.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio that showcases CRM and marketing communications work.
• Proven track record of designing high‑performing email and messaging campaigns.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
