Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

The Senior Graphic Designer is a full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai, leading the creation and refinement of visual concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, and corporate communications across both print and digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design layouts, logos, and brand elements that align with brand guidelines.
• Select and apply typography to enhance readability and brand expression.
• Prepare production‑ready files for print and digital delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to interpret briefs and present design options.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Mentor junior designers and uphold design standards.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through final delivery, meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or in‑house brand environment.
• Strong conceptual thinking, attention to detail, and ability to translate ideas into compelling visual solutions.
• Effective communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, on‑site work environment.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
