Senior HCM Portfolio Lead/Manager

About the role

The client seeks a senior professional to own strategy, delivery and operational performance of an enterprise HCM technology portfolio. You will partner with senior HR leaders, drive roadmap execution and ensure seamless service delivery across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Chief P&O leadership to define strategic priorities and maintain the annual HCM technology roadmap.
• Lead the portfolio across programmes, projects, enhancements, integrations and Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM releases, overseeing design, testing, deployment and transition to support.
• Govern HCM architecture, integrations, data quality, reporting, security and compliance while managing delivery capacity and resource allocation.
• Account for health and performance of live HCM services, including incident management, root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Lead, develop and motivate technology teams, hold vendors accountable and provide decision‑focused reporting to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in HCM technology, ERP delivery or portfolio management.
• Significant experience leading an enterprise HCM portfolio or large‑scale transformation in a complex, multi‑entity organisation.
• Strong understanding of HCM business processes and ability to discuss design, policy, controls and risks with senior stakeholders.
• Proven experience managing cross‑functional teams, implementation partners, budgets and senior stakeholder expectations.
• Executive communication and decision‑making skills with a track record of delivering practical technology roadmaps.
