Senior Healthcare Site Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Site Architect with extensive experience in UAE hospital projects. The role involves leading interior design and fit‑out works, ensuring compliance with medical equipment requirements and local authority regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple short‑duration healthcare projects from concept to handover.
• Develop detailed interior designs, specifications, and fit‑out drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate with medical equipment suppliers to accommodate technical requirements.
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes, hospital guidelines, and authority approvals.
• Review and comment on documentation, specifications, and authority submissions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, managing time and tasks efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of overall experience, including at least 10 years in healthcare architecture.
• At least 10 years of experience working in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, interface details, and construction processes for hospitals.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
