Senior Hostess

About the role
The Senior Hostess leads front‑desk operations at our luxury Dubai properties, ensuring smooth guest check‑ins, accurate billing and exceptional service throughout the stay.
Key responsibilities
- Process guest check‑ins, verify identity, assign rooms and issue keys.
- Handle all payment types, secure authorizations and balance receipts.
- Prepare daily cashier, closing and contingency reports.
- Provide guests with property information and respond to service requests.
- Notify loss prevention of any theft reports and follow security procedures.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related hospitality experience.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency with computer and POS systems.
- Ability to handle cash, receipts and banking procedures.
