Senior Hostess (Luxury Hotel)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Hostess to join our luxury hotel in Ras Al‑Khaimah. The role involves managing the restaurant front‑of‑house, ensuring smooth seating, reservations and guest satisfaction in a 4‑5 star environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of dining room layout, reservation procedures and daily house count.
• Answer telephone calls promptly, record and confirm reservations, and communicate changes to management.
• Greet guests, seat them according to the floor plan, present menus and ensure tables are set to the highest standard.
• Anticipate busy periods, organise waiting lines and handle guest complaints following established procedures.
• Monitor table clearing, cleanliness of the hostess stand and support restaurant staff to optimise service.
• Promote F&B outlets during downtime and assist the supervisor with cashiering and menu printing tasks.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
• Up to 1 year of experience in a 4‑5 star hotel (fresh graduates are also considered).
