About the role
The Senior Infrastructure Lead will drive the design, implementation, and management of enterprise‑level virtualization and compute platforms. The role requires deep hands‑on expertise with VMware technologies and a strong background in data‑center architecture.
Key responsibilities
- Design, deploy and administer VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter environments.
- Implement and manage VMware HA, DRS, vMotion, vSAN and NSX solutions.
- Oversee server and hardware lifecycle management, including storage and SAN integration.
- Lead backup, disaster recovery and infrastructure security hardening initiatives.
Required profile
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience in enterprise compute and virtualization.
- Proven experience managing large‑scale data‑center infrastructures.
