Senior Infrastructure Project Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The company is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead large‑scale infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Director of Supervision, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while ensuring compliance with client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall project delivery, coordinating all stakeholders and maintaining clear communication.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and execution strategies.
• Manage budget control, resource allocation, and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and submit monthly and bi‑weekly progress reports.
• Oversee site inspections, quality control, and health & safety compliance.
• Interface with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve key issues.
• Monitor project performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in project management within the infrastructure sector.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Strong leadership, technical understanding of infrastructure systems, and financial/contractual acumen.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Primavera.
• Proficiency in MS Project.
• Experience with reporting tools for project performance.
