About the role
We are partnering with a leading luxury real‑estate developer in Dubai to find a Senior Interior Designer who will lead design direction and execution for a high‑end residential portfolio. As the in‑house Design Lead, you will drive quality from concept through completion, overseeing a multidisciplinary consultant team.
Key responsibilities
- Own design direction and execution across luxury residential projects.
- Drive design quality from concept through construction.
- Oversee multidisciplinary consultants covering architecture, lighting, FF&E and signage.
- Protect the design vision throughout the construction phase.
Required profile
- 10+ years of interior design experience with senior leadership responsibilities.
- Proven background delivering luxury residential, hospitality or mixed‑use projects.
- Experience working client‑side or in‑house for a developer is a strong advantage.
- Track record of leading multidisciplinary consultant teams.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Proficiency in Adobe software.
