Senior International Arbitration Associate – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a talented Arbitration Associate or Senior Associate to join a high‑performing disputes practice in Dubai. The role offers exposure to complex, high‑value, cross‑border matters within a collaborative, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage case files and coordinate multi‑jurisdictional teams on high‑value disputes.
• Advise corporates and financial institutions on case strategy and dispute assessment.
• Draft pleadings, submissions, and other complex legal and arbitral documentation.
• Work closely with partners and senior lawyers from inception through hearings and resolution.
• Collaborate with colleagues on disclosure, evidence review, and settlement negotiations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years PQE gained within a Magic Circle or comparable international firm.
• Qualified solicitor or lawyer, preferably from a common‑law jurisdiction.
• Strong experience in arbitration, commercial litigation, or cross‑border dispute resolution.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Commercial, pragmatic approach with ability to handle high‑pressure matters and tight deadlines.
