Senior Investment Advisor – Private Banking

About the role

This senior advisory position supports private banking relationship managers by ensuring investment suitability, conducting portfolio reviews and providing rebalancing recommendations aligned with client risk appetite and time horizon. The role also drives sales quality, client satisfaction and regulatory compliance while positioning ADIB as a market thought leader.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee client investment portfolios, conduct periodic reviews and document alignment with risk profiles and objectives.
• Advise Relationship Managers on investment opportunities, portfolio adjustments and asset allocation strategies.
• Support RM efforts to acquire and grow UHNW/HNW client portfolios and manage the investment pipeline.
• Provide regular market updates, outlooks and product training to internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• 4‑7 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory or portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets and wealth management strategies.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in wealth management and commitment to compliance.
