Senior Investment Associate

About the role

The Senior Investment Associate will originate, structure, execute and place investment transactions across project finance, private credit, private equity, structured products and digital securities, ensuring compliance with FSRA regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Originate and develop a pipeline of mandates with issuers, sponsors and asset managers across the UAE, GCC and selected growth markets.
• Conduct screening, due‑diligence, financial modelling and structuring, preparing term sheets and memoranda for internal approval.
• Prepare investor materials, manage book‑building, allocations and coordinate onboarding with compliance.
• Oversee transaction timetables, coordinate legal and advisory parties, and support post‑closing reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in investment banking, private credit, private equity or capital advisory, preferably within ADGM/DIFC‑regulated firms.
• Proven track record of end‑to‑end transaction execution from origination to closing.
• Advanced financial modelling skills built from first principles.
