Senior Investment Consultant – Riyadh or Dubai

About the role

Marsh, through its Mercer Wealth division, is seeking a Senior Investment Consultant to join its fast‑growing team in the Middle East. The role will be based in either Riyadh or Dubai and focuses on delivering bespoke investment advice to institutional clients such as pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, endowments and family offices.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior consultants and analysts to provide high‑impact investment advice across a diverse client portfolio.
• Design and analyse strategic investment solutions, including complex asset‑allocation models and asset‑liability modelling.
• Lead manager research and selection across public and private asset classes.
• Prepare detailed client reports, investment policy statements and governance documentation.
• Monitor portfolio performance, evaluate manager effectiveness and support ongoing portfolio structuring.
• Coordinate with specialist teams to deliver integrated consulting solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in investment consulting or a related finance role, preferably with institutional clients.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to develop and critique strategic asset allocations.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and report preparation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.
