Senior Key Account Manager, Air & Sea

About the role

DSV is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to lead and grow strategic air and sea logistics accounts in Abu Dhabi and the wider region. You will act as the primary liaison between key customers and DSV, ensuring seamless service delivery and driving business expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage allocated key accounts throughout the relationship lifecycle, fostering strong partnerships.
• Identify and execute cross‑selling, volume growth, and regional expansion opportunities.
• Address operational and financial issues, coordinating with Operations and regional offices.
• Analyze obstacles to growth, develop solutions, and implement corrective actions.
• Control operational costs and financial exposure while exceeding customer expectations.
• Report regularly to sales management on revenue, issues, and action plans.
• Undertake additional projects or duties as assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years managing large key accounts.
• Strong market knowledge of air and sea logistics.
• Proven sales acumen and client‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently.
