Senior Land Surveyor – Field Survey & Geodetic Specialist

About the role

The Senior Land Surveyor will lead field surveying activities, establishing precise horizontal and vertical control across complex sites. You will work closely with engineers to ensure accurate data collection, verification of design drawings, and delivery of high‑quality as‑built documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform land and field surveys using modern instruments (GPS, Total Station, Digital Level).
• Carry out geodetic calculations, record initial and final levels, and verify earthwork cross‑sections.
• Check setting‑out, levels, and service locations, ensuring protection of existing utilities.
• Maintain comprehensive survey records, including field books, sketches, and calculations.
• Assist engineers in reviewing shop drawings, control points, benchmarks, and as‑built drawings.
• Prepare sketches and support documentation for field work and as‑built record drawings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field surveying techniques and geodetic calculations.
• Ability to work independently on site and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong attention to detail and high tolerance for measurement accuracy.
