Senior Land Surveyor - Sewerage Treatment Plant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Land Surveyor to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will lead surveying operations and provide critical technical expertise for sewerage treatment plant projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive land surveys and site assessments for sewerage treatment plant projects using advanced equipment.
• Analyze survey data and prepare detailed technical reports, site plans, and documentation in compliance with UAE construction standards.
• Manage and oversee surveying teams to ensure efficient project execution, timeline adherence, and quality benchmarks.
• Create accurate site maps and technical drawings using AutoCAD, GIS software, and surveying instruments.
• Coordinate with civil engineers, project managers, and contractors to align surveying data with project specifications.
• Perform quality control checks and maintain organized records of all survey data and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of professional land surveying experience, with at least 5 years on wastewater or sewerage treatment plant projects.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and sewerage treatment plant design and construction.
• Demonstrated expertise in site analysis, measurement accuracy, and technical documentation.
• Previous Dubai Municipality approval preferred.
