About the role
A leading in-house organisation in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to work closely with senior leadership and advise on international projects within a high-impact legal function. The role sits in a successful legal team advising on banking and finance transactions with local and international scope.
Required profile
- Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience, including training with a leading international law firm in a common-law jurisdiction.
- Extensive experience advising on banking and financial transactions, with a focus on Islamic finance, conventional finance, project finance and capital markets.
- Understanding of the ADGM legal framework.
- Experience working with an in-house organisation within the financial services sector.
