Senior Manager – Construction & Installation (Subsea Pipelines, Cables & Structures)

About the role

Penspen is seeking an experienced senior manager to lead the construction and installation of subsea pipelines, cables and structures for an offshore oil & gas project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overall leadership of subsea activities, ensuring safe, efficient delivery within schedule, budget and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute installation of subsea pipelines, flowlines, cables, structures and related offshore facilities.
• Lead subsea installation engineering, construction vessels, marine operations, ROV/survey activities and offshore campaigns.
• Manage interfaces with engineering, procurement, fabrication, QA/QC, HSE, commissioning and client teams.
• Develop and implement subsea construction strategy, execution philosophy and campaign plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (relevant discipline) from an accredited university.
• Minimum 20 years of experience, including 8‑10+ years in offshore subsea construction and installation.
• Proven track record in offshore pipeline, flowline, cable and umbilical installation projects.
• Previous experience with PMC/EPC environments; ADNOC offshore experience is an advantage.
