About the role

This senior technology leadership position drives regional Industrial Intelligence strategy, shaping solution architecture and transformation programs for strategic accounts in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the regional Industrial Intelligence strategy, aligning transformation priorities with business objectives of key accounts.
• Orchestrate cross‑portfolio capabilities (APM, APO, AOC, CONNECT, Industrial Data/PI, analytics) to create integrated solutions and roadmaps.
• Own end‑to‑end technical leadership from discovery through delivery assurance, value realization and services expansion.
• Provide technical governance for bids and proposals, ensuring accurate scope, architecture and risk assessment.
• Establish regional technical standards, reference architectures and delivery best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Extensive experience leading complex industrial software or digital transformation programs.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate business challenges into scalable solutions.
• Experience working across sales, services, product and delivery in a global environment.
