Senior Manager - Investor Relations

About the role

The Senior Manager - Investor Relations plays a key role in developing the Group's investor communications and supporting engagement with investors, analysts and rating agencies. The role prepares results materials, market and competitor analysis, maintains investor data and consensus information, and helps keep investor relations content accurate, current and effective.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly results presentations and support press releases, scripts, Q&As and other investor materials
• Produce regular management reporting on analyst research, market news, share-price performance, competitor results and segmental peer analysis
• Maintain analysts' consensus, broker research and investor meeting databases, and review draft analyst research and financial models
• Support ongoing engagement with sell-side and buy-side analysts, investors and rating agencies, including meetings, information requests and annual rating reviews
• Upgrade and maintain the Investor Relations website and improve presentation and press-release content

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics; a professional accounting qualification is required
• Minimum five years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in finance or research functions
• Commercial acumen, attention to detail and a sound understanding of market and financial dynamics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to work independently under pressure, meet tight deadlines and collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders
