Senior Manager – Public Relations (UAE PRO)

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead all Public Relations Officer (PRO) activities across the United Arab Emirates. The role ensures full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for company formation, licensing, visas, and ongoing government relations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the complete UAE PRO function, including company formations, trade licences, and renewals.
• Manage visa applications and renewals for employees in line with UAE immigration regulations.
• Liaise with government entities such as the Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Labour, and Department of Immigration.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise management on legal implications.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive PRO documentation.
• Lead a team of PRO assistants or specialists, if applicable.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE.
• Deep knowledge of UAE company formation, trade licensing, and visa procedures.
• Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and immigration policies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with government officials.
• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
