Senior Manager Quantum

About the role

Kroll is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Quantum – Expert Services team in Dubai. The role involves providing advisory services to clients on commercial performance, governance, project controls and risk management, with travel required both nationally and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quantum analysis and deliver structured assessments for international arbitration and litigation.
• Prepare analytical sections, draft supporting materials and coordinate data for expert reports.
• Support clients in ADR processes, providing commercial and analytical assistance throughout dispute and claims procedures.
• Review project documentation across sectors such as infrastructure, oil & gas, and residential to identify quantum issues.
• Oversee day‑to‑day task allocation, monitor progress and ensure high‑quality delivery across the project team.

Required profile

• Degree in construction, quantity surveying or related field; MSc and professional qualifications (MSCSI/MRICS) advantageous.
• 7‑10 years of industry experience, including 2+ years performing detailed quantum forensic analysis.
• Strong analytical, report‑writing and presentation skills with attention to detail.
• Energetic, proactive, professional attitude and curiosity about the industry.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, comfortable handling large data sets.
