Senior Manager – Transfer Pricing (Tax ITTS)

About the role

EY’s International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead transfer pricing engagements for corporate and private‑equity clients in Dubai. You will work on high‑impact projects, translating data into insights and building strong client relationships across industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple transfer pricing engagements from planning through documentation and audit defence.
• Apply complex transfer pricing concepts, economic and financial knowledge to resolve client challenges.
• Model financial outcomes, value intangible assets and develop practical planning approaches.
• Coordinate with global service colleagues to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management or related field.
• Minimum 7 + years of relevant experience, preferably with existing transfer pricing exposure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
