Senior Marketing Executive – Sports Division

About the role

The Senior Marketing Executive will own day‑to‑day marketing execution for the sports division, turning brand and commercial priorities into campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and demand.

Key responsibilities

• Own integrated marketing calendars, aligning campaign priorities, launch milestones and stakeholder inputs.
• Develop and deliver campaigns across digital, social, retail, partnerships and events, measuring performance against clear objectives.
• Translate market trends, consumer insights and brand direction into actionable marketing plans.
• Coordinate agencies, creative partners and internal teams through briefs, timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Track campaign performance and spend, reporting insights and optimisation opportunities.
• Support product launches, sponsorships, athlete or influencer initiatives and ensure brand consistency.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of hands‑on marketing experience with a recognised sports, athletic or lifestyle brand.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, create clear briefs and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Strong commercial awareness, discretion with confidential information and ability to work onsite in Dubai.
