About the role
KBR is seeking a Senior Mechanical Supervisor for an offshore PMC project based on a rotation schedule of six weeks on site followed by three weeks off. The role involves leading mechanical construction activities on an offshore site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate on‑site mechanical construction activities, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Enforce strict HSE policies and promote a strong safety culture across all offshore operations.
- Support pre‑commissioning and mechanical completion tasks to achieve timely project delivery.
Required profile
- Diploma qualification (mandatory).
- Minimum 12–15 years of proven experience in mechanical construction within the oil & gas industry.
- Mandatory offshore experience.
Required skills
- Mechanical construction expertise.
- Offshore project experience.
- Knowledge of HSE standards and practices.
- Pre‑commissioning and mechanical completion processes.
