About the role
Mortgage Pro, a leading mortgage brokerage in the UAE, is seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Consultant to guide clients through residential financing. The role involves providing professional advice, managing the full mortgage process, and building strong relationships with banking partners.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on residential mortgage products, home loans, refinancing, and mortgage buyouts.
- Assess clients’ financial profiles and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, real estate agents, developers, and other referral partners.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead follow‑ups.
- Manage the complete mortgage application process from initial consultation to final disbursement.
- Coordinate with banks and clients to ensure timely submission of documents and application processing.
- Follow up regularly with clients, banking partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
