About the role
Enclave Dubai, a brokerage founded in 2025 covering residential and commercial properties across secondary and off-plan markets, is hiring a Senior Off-Plan Property Consultant. The role is commission-based with no fixed salary, and suits candidates with proven experience in Dubai real estate, preferably in off-plan sales.
Required profile
- Proven experience in Dubai real estate, preferably in off-plan sales
- Strong knowledge of developers, projects and investment opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills
- Ability to manage leads and build a strong client pipeline
- Valid UAE driving licence
- Ability to work independently and contribute to team performance
