Senior Officer – Financial Analyst

About the role

Relaam is seeking a Senior Officer to lead Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes on Yardi Voyager, covering the full lease‑to‑cash and procure‑to‑pay cycles. The role will own finance processes in Yardi, drive system improvements and automation, and ensure compliance with IFRS for real‑estate accounting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage billing, receipt batches, pre‑payments, tenant ledgers, PDCs, aging, write‑offs and adjustments.
• Oversee security‑deposit reconciliation, final account statements and move‑out processes.
• Run management‑fee calculations, owner statements, distributions and remittances.
• Handle payable batches, PO‑invoice matching, payment processing, payables aging and vendor reconciliations.
• Oversee journal entries, accruals, pre‑payments and general‑ledger reconciliations.
• Maintain account trees, GL mapping and validate financial and YSR reports.
• Utilise Yardi automation to reduce manual work and errors.
• Partner with ERP team on enhancements, UAT and integrations.
• Apply IFRS knowledge to real‑estate accounting compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 8–10 years of finance experience, preferably in real‑estate accounting.
• Ready to join within one month of offer.
