About the role
NMDC Energy PJSC is seeking a Senior Offshore Construction Engineer to lead and coordinate offshore construction activities across all project phases. The role involves reviewing contracts, engineering documentation, and ensuring compliance with HSE standards while supporting project managers and field teams.
Key responsibilities
- Review contracts, engineering documents, and project‑specific procedures.
- Coordinate planning packages, sub‑contractor scopes, and client deliverables.
- Assist in preparing techno‑commercial analyses, risk assessments, and variation orders.
- Manage offshore material procurement, mobilization, and vendor deliverables.
- Monitor daily offshore operations, conduct HSE audits, and support schedule recovery measures.
- Prepare final offshore documentation, lessons learned, and close‑out reports.
Required profile
- B.Sc. in Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in offshore construction.
- Strong commercial awareness and cost‑effectiveness.
- Excellent English communication and report‑writing skills.
- Proven decision‑making ability and team leadership.
