Senior Offshore Construction Manager

About the role

The Senior Offshore Construction Manager will lead and coordinate all offshore construction activities for NMDC Energy PJSC, ensuring safe, on‑time and cost‑effective delivery of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate project activities, including mobilisation and demobilisation of offshore resources.
• Review contract documents, safety, QA/QC plans and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Prepare construction aids, load registers and AFC drawings, and finalize marine spread requirements.
• Coordinate with survey, pipe‑coating, and subcontractor sections to define scope and monitor progress.
• Monitor contractor performance, authorize payments and manage variation orders and claims.
• Lead weekly meetings with internal teams and client representatives, providing status reports and risk updates.
• Supervise engineering staff, material coordinators and ensure timely delivery of offshore material.
• Capture lessons learned, drive quality audits and support project close‑out documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 14 years of offshore operations experience.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness with excellent negotiation skills.
• Proficient written and spoken English with strong report‑writing ability.
• Demonstrated leadership, team development and organizational skills.
