Senior Personal Banker – Personal Loans

About the role

The Senior Personal Banker will drive sales of the full suite of personal banking products within the Loan Direct Sales Team. You will prospect new retail customers, nurture existing relationships and ensure a seamless end‑to‑end experience for loan applicants while adhering to the highest compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets for personal banking products and loans.
• Prospect targeted segments through phone calls and face‑to‑face visits.
• Present and sell personal banking services ethically and professionally.
• Manage a portfolio of approved corporate clients, developing key contacts.
• Conduct micro‑marketing activities such as kiosk events and direct marketing campaigns.
• Handle objections to secure new business or payroll transfers.
• Ensure end‑to‑end customer turnaround time meets quality guidelines.
• Maintain strict compliance with KYC, FATCA, AML, CTF and bank policies.
• Record all sales activities in daily reports and keep the CRM updated.
• Participate in team huddles, training, compliance and fraud awareness sessions.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards and promptly escalate any breaches.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in personal banking sales or retail banking.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships.
• Strong understanding of banking compliance requirements (KYC, FATCA, AML, CTF).
• Excellent communication and objection‑handling skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
