Senior Procurement Manager

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Procurement Manager to lead our sourcing, vendor coordination and purchasing activities across the UAE. The role ensures cost‑effective procurement, maintains strong supplier relationships and supports business operations by delivering quality materials and services on time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes including sourcing, RFQs, negotiations, and purchase orders.
• Identify and evaluate vendors/suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve cost savings.
• Ensure timely procurement of goods and services as per business requirements.
• Maintain and update vendor database and procurement records.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any delivery or quality issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, Operations, and Administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
• Track and manage inventory levels and reorder requirements.
• Prepare reports on purchasing activities, cost analysis, and savings.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of procurement experience in the UAE.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, contracts, and supply‑chain operations.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar).
• Good analytical and cost‑management skills.
• Strong communication and coordination capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
